Our flower walls are ideal for adding that wow factor to special events. Like any type of floral arrangement, flower walls offer endless options for customization based on the color scheme, type of flowers, or aesthetic you prefer. 

 

A flower wall is a great way to highlight a particular area of an event where you want guests to focus their attention. For a wedding, this could mean at the entrance to the venue, as a backdrop for the vows in the ceremony space, or behind the bridal table at the reception. For a gala, you might place one just inside the entrance, or on the event stage. Floral walls naturally draw the eye, and they have the impact of large, free-standing floral arrangements without taking up floor space in the same manner.

  • What size are your flower walls?
    Our walls are a standard size of 8ft x 8ft. If you have bespoke measurements in mind for your wall to suit your venue, please let us know as our wall sizes are customizable.
  • How long are the flower walls available for rent?
    A standard rental is 6 hours to 10 hours (full day), but we have options for you to rent 24 hours up to 7 days.
  • How long is a full day rental?
    Full day rentals are up to 10 hours.
  • How far away from the wall does the stand stick out?
    The flower wall stands about 14” from the wall, and the feet stick out 4” past the wall for stability. The feet have flexible plastic floor protectors.
  • Where should I place my flower wall?
    Choose a place where your guests have plenty of space to pose and take pictures with. The walls are best placed against a solid wall. We do sell the structures together with our wall and they can be thus placed outdoors or against any windows. Our walls are well-suited to being used with selfie pods or with our photo-booth for your guests.
  • Can I add a sign to a flower wall?
    Absolutely! We have a small range of signs that can be added to your wall, or you are welcome to source your own. Please bear in mind that the signs need to be somewhat lightweight and able to be attached using cable ties. If you would like more information on this, please get in touch.
  • Are they real flowers?
    Our flower walls are premium artificial silk flowers.
  • Do you deliver and setup?
    Yes! We deliver, setup, and tear down the flower walls.
  • Can the flower wall be used outside?
    Yes, however there is an additional fee.
  • Are there any additional fees?
    Outdoor Fee: $100 Book within 7 days of event: $100 Delivery: Based on location Tax: 8.25% of flower wall base price & delivery
  • How do I book?
    Just drop us a message with the wall you would like, required date and venue. We’ll then send you confirmation we can meet your requirements along with an invoice and booking form. Please note, your booking is only secured once your deposit has been received. Sadly due to demand, we can not hold your date for you until the deposit has been processed. Therefore, we advise prompt payment for your deposit to avoid disappointment.
  • How do I pay?
    PayPal Direct Deposit into our corporate bank account Online with your credit/debit card.
  • Can I pay a deposit or in installments?
    Yes, you can make a 50% non refundable deposit with final payment due 7 days before event date.
  • Can you sponsor a flower wall for my event?
    As we are based in China, the cost involved to create and send a flower wall for a sponsored event is extremely high so unfortunately we are unable to respond to requests for free flower walls for private wedding and events, wedding expos and photoshoots . It may be that there is a The Flower Wall Company stockist in your area who is better equipped to help your event. YES, it may be possible! Every year we take on a limited amount of reduced rate flower wall sponsorship for charities, TV shows and projects that we align ourselves with.   • Are the flower walls available for purchase?
    Yes! We are able to custom make flower walls. Please contact us for a quote!
  • What is the production timescale for bespoke orders?
    Bespoke (Custom) Walls are made to order so please keep that in mind if you're working towards an event date. These custom walls take 4-6 weeks to complete after design has been approved and deposit made.
  • What is your return policy?
    Our Bespoke Flower Walls are non refundable so please think very carefully about your purchase before you order. You can order one Flower Wall panel as a sample before committing to a larger order. Our Rental Flower Wall deposits are non refundable unless canceled within 30 days of even booking date. Booking deposits made 1-29 days prior to event will not be refunded. Please book with confidence.
  • What if my event is postponed?
    Your 50% non-refundable deposit will be transferred to a future date with no additional fees.
  • Do you charge to deliver?
    No deliver charge if your venue is located within 30 miles of 94619. If your venue is located 30 miles outside of this zip code the following fees apply. Over 30 Miles 0-20 miles over + $75 21 miles - 50 miles over + $100 fee 51 miles - 75 miles over + $150 fee >75 miles is $200 plus an additional $1 per mile over 75miles (i.e. 85 miles = $210 = $200 (75 miles) + $10 ($1 per additional mile)
  • Once the items are setup can they be moved?
    No, not without prior approval from our team. Moving our items, particularly the flower walls can cause damage to them which will forfeit your security deposit.
  • Why is there a security deposit
    Our flower walls are important to us as they will be for you and your event and we take care to make sure they are in pristine condition when delivered to you to make your event spectacular. The security deposit is to ensure the flower wall is returned in the same condition it was rented. We hope you understand.
